Process

We describe ourselves as sophisticated, as the large designer cabinet manufacturer, but with the attention to detail and service of the smaller shops. From the first contact to the final invoice, your project will be to your budget, your design, and your understanding of each step through to your satisfaction. A great difference from our competitors or the home stores is that you are purchasing an entire project, not just cabinets. The difference from the cabinet design studios is personal attention and cost. We can compete on virtually every level and in all markets. New construction or remodeling Come see the difference.

From the first contact you will find we are interested in getting to know you and about your project. We will ask if it is appropriate for you to visit our shop or for us to visit you. From this first step we begin the journey. (Icon of the phone answer or showroom visit.)

Still today, when most do not, we will visit you at your home. Even if you visited us first, its beneficial to the project for us to understand the flavor of your home and your taste. Our initial dimensions are taken here for the initial drawings. (Sr. greeting at your door)

We have nearly 60 years experience assisting with designs and can direct your project towards your taste and requirements. A point of inspiration is needed for us to begin. So be prepared with photos and sketches for the preliminary designs. (Icon of hand sketch) enlarge to see.

To prepare a quote we may draft a computer-aided design from your concept. Though only a first draft, this will be the platform needed to price and move toward a final plan. (Icon of drawing) enlarge to see.

A written proposal is submitted to produce each order. Referring to each item, including samples and drawings you will be impressed with the clarity of the project outlined including your specific expectations. Our proposal is not a receipt of cabinets you bought but the outline of the project. (Icon of proposal) enlarge to see.

From here we can take over. We will need you to proceed in your design but we can take the lead. Enjoy the options offered, as there are many more than you have imagined. After we take careful measurements and one or perhaps many design sessions the plan will be drafted to a shop drawing These shop drawings will be the final draft sent to production only after you have approved your design. From production to finishing, delivery and installation, we can handle it all. Pictures of shop, finishing, truck and install.

Finally, as your project draws to an end; you will not be surprised, by either the craftsmanship, the effort that went into your project, or by the final invoice. We feel strongly that we will work hard to earn your business and to produce a quality product you will come to expect. We will not risk these efforts by billing items not agreed to previously.
